Welcome to F.S. Almendariz and Associates. We are a custom home design firm located in the heart of San Antonio Texas with over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial design. Our repertoire consists of various styles ranging from Spanish Mediterranean and Hill Country to Traditional and also more Contemporary designs. Our process begins by meeting with you to establish a good working relationship and a clear understanding of your design goals and expectations. Every person is different which means that every design will be different. There is no one set mold or one set guideline to govern the design process.
