Our Process

Building a new home is undoubtedly one of the most challenging undertakings. However, at Almendariz & Associates, we believe the process can be an enjoyable and rewarding experience. With over 40 years of design expertise, we'll guide you through every step, ensuring your vision becomes a reality.

We start by listening to understand your needs, goals, and aesthetic preferences. From there, we work with you to develop a preliminary floor plan and elevation, allowing you to provide feedback and make revisions. Our collaborative approach makes it easy to visualize the final product and incorporate changes during the preliminary phase - it's much more cost-effective to make adjustments on paper than in the field.

Once the design is finalized, we head into working drawings at this stage we will provide detailed blueprints to you and your contractor acting as a cheerleader and consultant throughout the construction process. We even include two site visits, with additional support billed at an hourly rate.
